Antonia Lofaso was a young sous chef to her mother on holidays, a teenage waitress in her father’s restaurant during the weekends and a culinary student by the time she was 20. After receiving her Associate’s Degree in New York, Lofaso enrolled at the French Culinary Institute to further develop the skill set she had gleaned not only from her Italian heritage but from working in restaurants. Days spent with her mother in the kitchen taught her the basics, yet she wanted formal training to master the technique and finesse attributed to European chefs. She was one of the top four finalists of season 4 on Bravo's Emmy-nominated show "Top Chef" and will be guest starring at dinner on Friday. You will have a chance to watch Lofaso prepare a delicious healthy dessert for all to enjoy. Lofaso is currently the Executive Chef at the popular L.A. restaurant Foxtail
